Make your grocery money go further...introducing the ABC Depot.

On behalf of the WECAN Food Basket Society of Alberta, ABC Head Start Society, starting in August, will be a drop off and pick up location to provide low cost food baskets to the community of Mill Woods.

$25 gets you a basket of Halal meats, fresh fruits and veggies. OR opt for just the Halal meat basket for $15 or just the fruit and vegetable basket for $10.

Drop off and pick up will be at Millbourne Mall.

We are absolutely THRILLED to announce the location of our 123 Grow Child Development Centre ($25/day child care) at 9900-93 Street, Fort Saskatchewan. HOW TO APPLY:

  1. Click here to download the HEAD START REGISTRATION form.
  2. Save it to your computer, fill in the information and remember to save it.
  3. Return the completed application form, registration form, and your eligibility documents (listed on the front page of the registration form) to us:
    • by emailing to intake@abcheadstart.org. Please put your child's name in the Subject Line of the email when you are submitting documents.

Attention ABC Head Start Parents! 
We are always looking for ways to improve & make our program the best and safest it can be for you and your children. So you may have noticed a new addition to your child's school bus - seat belts! This is called integrated seating. Your role as a parent is to make sure your child is safely buckled in and to unbuckle them when they arrive home. Please watch this video to gain some helpful tips and understanding of the seat belt system. If you have any questions please contact your site Social Worker for more information.

ABC Head Start Society invites you attend our Open House, Friday, June 15 from 10:00am - 4:00pm. Come find out more about ABC Head Start in our Mill Woods location at Millbourne Market Mall. Our information will be set up in Tower 2 (upstairs) in Room #335. 
There will be FREE child care, snacks, and activities for children. You can also register for ABC Head Start programs!
