At ABC Head Start Society, we believe that every child deserves access to early learning opportunities, no matter where they live. That’s why we offer classroom sites across Edmonton, ensuring children from families facing social and economic barriers, as well as those with learning challenges, can participate in high-quality early education.

Important Note:

• Families applying to our program do not select a specific site, nor does our Family Engagement Team make site commitments during the application process. Placement decisions are made only after a child has undergone the assessment process and been accepted into our program. At that time, our Family Engagement Team will work to identify the most suitable classroom placement based on location, program needs, and available space.

• We recognize that transportation can be a significant barrier to accessing early education. By offering multiple classroom sites across the city, we can provide transportation support to families who need it most. While families are responsible for getting their child to and from school, transportation support may be available for eligible families facing financial barriers or work-related challenges. Eligibility for transportation assistance is determined only after program acceptance and during the placement process.
